With the exception of sale periods and loyalty offers reserved for Clients, any order placed on the website before 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) shall be prepared and dispatched within 48 hours, subject to validation of the payment (see paragraph "Validation of payment"). undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the Client according to the following delivery methods and times:

Delivery in Metropolitan France, the Principality of Monaco and Andorra:

- Colissimo suivi: 48h to 72h from dispatch, Monday to Saturday

- Relay Pickup: 48h to 72h from dispatch

The Customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.

Any anomaly concerning the items (damage, missing item compared to the order form, damaged or opened package, broken item, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.

For all deliveries, the Customer must check the contents of the package and the condition of the items at the Relay Point before signing any delivery slip (paper or electronic). Any open or incomplete package and/or any damaged item shall not be accepted by the Client. The Client shall inform of the problem encountered.

All items offered by shall be subject to the legal guarantee provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code (see paragraph "Guarantee").

Shipping is free for all deliveries in metropolitan France (including Corsica and Monaco), from 50 € of purchase.

The delivery costs for all deliveries outside mainland France will be specified to the User during the final validation of his/her order.



Returns and exchanges for your purchases made on the merchant site are made via your personal space on the site

Return and refund : You have a period of 14 days after delivery and receipt of your package to change your mind and return your purchases to us and receive a full refund. For any refund request, the return costs (of sending back the products) will be charged to the customer.

Return and exchange: you have a period of 14 days upon receipt of your package to exchange your products, you will benefit.

    Either a credit note for the net amount of the products you are returning, valid for 1 year.
    If it is a change of size, once the product(s) are returned we will send you the products in the desired size (subject to availability in stock)

Once your return request has been accepted* by Berteil, carefully prepare your parcel by MUST include your "delivery note", if you have lost it, please contact customer service

In the case of a return for exchange, postage is at the customer's expense.

Returns and exchanges in shops are free.

* The returned products must be new, never worn (except for a short fitting) and in their original box perfectly intact (packaging and accessories). For basic hygiene reasons, underwear (socks and boxers) cannot be exchanged if they have been opened. Only intact products, i.e. in their original condition (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.
